Our founder, Albert Angeles, brings a wealth of experience to the table. With a solid background in building maintenance spanning a decade from 1997 to 2007 within the hospitality industry, Albert gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of property upkeep. This experience laid the foundation for Ibiza Property Solutions, a company dedicated to delivering comprehensive property maintenance solutions.
In pursuit of excellence and to stay abreast of evolving industry standards, Albert graduated from Wake Tech, specializing in Electrical Residential and HVAC-R systems technologies. This academic achievement solidified our commitment to providing cutting-edge services in the field.
Building on this knowledge, we embarked on a 15-year journey in the multifamily industry, serving as Maintenance Managers and Renovation Coordinators. This extensive experience honed our skills and deepened our understanding of the diverse needs of property owners and managers.
